Food For Friends Backpack Ministry
Gloria Dei has partnered with two local elementary schools to provide a basic need of food for the weekends for families.
Weekly 45 backpacks are filled with meals for the weekend. 97 tummies are filled each week. The backpacks are returned to the schools and picked up by volunteers and then filled again and delivered for the following weekend.
